Return Window
At MelonMelon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your product, you have 7 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in brand-new, unused condition, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Please note that a flat rate return shipping fee of $15.99 AUD will be deducted from your refund. Additionally, a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price will apply.

How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at sales@melonmelon.com.au. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without prior approval, as they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, covering the return shipping costs if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants), custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items), and personal care items (e.g., beauty products). We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please reach out if you have questions about a specific item.

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us at sales@melonmelon.com.au.
