Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 3 business days.
- Out-of-Stock Items: If an item is out of stock, it will be shipped from our warehouse in China, with an estimated delivery time of 7-14 days.
Shipping Rates
- Express Shipping: 1 to 4 business days - $15.00 AUD (Minimum order $98 AUD)
- Standard Shipping (Orders below $98 AUD): 2 to 8 business days - $10.00 AUD
- Standard Shipping (Orders $98 AUD and above): 2 to 8 business days - Free
Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: 2 to 8 business days
- Express Delivery: 1 to 4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as courier delays or customs processing.
Free Shipping
- Free Standard Shipping: On all orders $98 AUD and above.
International Shipping
- Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
